VEGAN PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

MAKES 6 CUPS | VEGAN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 tbsp Magic Mushroom Mix

  • ½ cup melted coconut oil (or cocoa butter)

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter

  • sea salt


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Line a muffin tin with 6 liners.

  2. In a bowl, combine the Magic Mushroom Mix, melted coconut oil and maple syrup.

  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture into the muffin cups and freeze for 10 minutes. 

  4. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter or almond butter to the center of each cup, then spoon the remaining chocolate mixture over the top.

  5. Freeze for 1 hour before serving.

💚SUPER TIP: You can also substitute the nut butter with tahini
