Tropical Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Gut Restore
  • 1 banana
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 g mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 50 g pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 250 ml plant-based milk


Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth.
