TROPICAL PROBIOTIC SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Serves 1 | VEGAN

Ingredients:

 2 tsp Gut Restore

• 1 cup plant-based milk

•  1 banana

• 1 carrot 

• 1-1 1/2 mango (fresh or frozen)

• 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)

 

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
