DETOX SALAD

SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GF

SALAD INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup quinoa

  • 1/3 cup cucumbers

  • 1/3 cup tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup cooked peas

  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds 

  • Handful spinach


DRESSING INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Skinny Protein Mix

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all dressing ingredients in a jar and mix with a fork.

  2. Add all salad ingredients.

  3. Store in an airtight container and place in the fridge. 

  4. Enjoy!
